I am a birth doula dedicated to helping families feel informed, supported, and empowered through compassionate care and evidence-based information. I am also a proud mama to two incredible children. Through my own pregnancies and birth experiences, I discovered a passion for helping families feel informed, supported, and confident as they prepare to welcome their babies.
